Saint Jové is a registered business name operated by Golden Dove Group Pty Ltd (“Saint Jové”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We respect your privacy and aim to handle your personal information responsibly. This policy explains what we collect through our prelaunch website, how we use it and your choices.
1. Information we collect
When you join our founding-member list or contact us, we may collect your name and email address; your phone number and suburb if you choose to provide them; information you include in an enquiry; and technical information associated with website visits and service delivery, such as device, browser and usage information. You can browse our website without joining our mailing list.
2. How we use your information
We use information to manage the founding-member list; send launch news, menu previews, tasting invitations, event announcements and offers where you have subscribed; respond to enquiries; understand interest in Saint Jové; maintain and protect our website and communications; and meet applicable legal obligations.
3. Marketing and your choices
We ask for your consent before adding you to our marketing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting hello@saintjove.com. We may retain a limited record of your unsubscribe preference so we do not contact you again for marketing unless you resubscribe.
4. Service providers
We use MailerLite to manage subscriptions and send marketing emails, and Cloudflare to deliver, host and protect our website. These providers may process information for us under their applicable terms. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Overseas processing
Our service providers may process or store personal information outside Australia. We take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances to protect information handled through our service providers.
6. Website analytics and cookies
Our website and service providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver, protect and operate the site. If we enable additional website analytics, we may use it to understand aggregate traffic and improve the experience. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. We will update this policy if our analytics or tracking practices materially change.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here or to meet applicable obligations, and take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it when no longer required.

Where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) applies, you may be able to raise an unresolved complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Saint Jové develops, including if we introduce online ordering, payments or additional customer services. The current version and its effective date will be available on this page.
